Minister Carol Shannon - Pastor in Residence
She currently serves on The American Baptist Women’s Ministries National Executive Committee as the National Coordinator of Church and Community Services. As part of her ministry with American Baptist Women, she leads a monthly Staying Connected—National Conference Call Ministry for Women in Leadership.
Minister Shannon is a sought-after preacher, teacher, and facilitator. She shares the Word of God in various churches, revivals, conferences, seminars, workshops, outdoor crusades, and fellowships throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and throughout the United States.
She is the founder and visionary of the Women of Excellence with Purpose Ministries. It is a ministry of exhortation for women to utilize their gifts to build and edify the Kingdom of God. WEWP has a special interest on those women called or serving in the Gospel Ministry.
Her three life scriptures are Psalm 34:1, 1Corinthians 15:10, and 1Peter 4:11. But more importantly, Minister Shannon is a woman after God’s own heart. A woman who knows that she is the apple of her Father’s Eye—One who will preach and teach what thus saith the Lord.
