Accommodations
McDonnell Hall opened in the fall of 2000. The two four-story wings are connected by corridors to a two-story center unit containing lounge areas and seminar rooms. Each floor houses two “pods” with ten dorm rooms and two communal bathrooms surrounding a common lounge. The dorms are air-conditioned and elevators are available on each floor. Wireless Internet service is available in all the lounges of McDonnell Hall.

- Your bible and a notebook and pen
- Personal care items
- Bathrobe and bedroom slippers
- Shower caddy and shower cap
- Alarm clock
- Handheld mirror for your bedroom
- Reading light
- Clothing hangers
- Blanket
- Umbrella
Nurse in Residence: A nurse will be available on campus throughout the weekend, should a medical need arise. Please see the nurse if you have medication that needs to be refrigerated.
Snacks:It’s best to be prepared! There may not be food or drinks available outside of meal times. You should plan on bringing your own food or drinks if you have a health need that requires you to have regular snacks during the day or night.
Mobility Scooter Rental Information: As always, we made every effort to keep walking to a minimum. But if you need a little help, scooter rentals are available through “Susquehanna Valley Mobility” during our weekend at Bucknell. You must make the arrangements yourself. Call toll-free (866) 522-5060 and ask for Debbie. They have a limited supply of rentals and summer is their busiest time of the year so you should call early. They will deliver the scooters to Bucknell and pick them up after Conference. Cost: $150 for the weekend. Credit card payments can be made over the phone.
Shopping
There will be plenty of opportunities for shopping at Conference! The AB Women’s Ministries logo items and book store will be open. Akha Craft items will be available thanks to missionary, Ruth Fox of Thailand, and the ladies of Greensburg, PA. again this year. And the Rainbow Christian Bookstore of Lewisburg will be setting up shop again this year!
