This is a quick explanation of awards that are offered at the yearly Houseparty. Best Love Gift: Submit a Love Gift theme to be judged by the Cabinet at Houseparty. This can be anything that pertains to Love Gift and the importance of Love Gift. Best Mission/Service Project: Think of all the ways that your group can participate in Missions/Service within your own church, community, state, nation - then do something!!! Take pictures, submit your ideas and projects into this category. This will be judged and awarded by the Cabinet. Best Talent: This category is a FUN and EXCITING way to show your talent on Friday night. Judged by the Cabinet, this award will be presented to the most original, fun, creative talent. It is encouraged to utilize the theme of the weekend into your talent. Option can include music, skit, dancing…anyway to show the talent of your group. Most AB GIRLS: This is awarded to the AB GIRLS group that has the MOST Girls in attendance. Best Craft: Bring a sample of any or all your crafts from the last year and enter this category for a banner. Best craft is judged by the Cabinet for unique ideas, ability to have all the ages of AB GIRLS participate. Just a reminder, many groups LOVE to “borrow” or “adapt” ideas from other groups, so bring any directions or supplies needed for other groups.!! Best Theme Arrival: This award is judged by the Cabinet on Friday as you arrive to Houseparty. Dress your group as a theme. Use the theme from Houseparty or your own theme. Dress, act and have fun with your theme. Groups that dress in t-shirts the same, hats, hair-do’s and much more. Be creative!!! Most Spirit AB GIRLS: Laugh, have fun, sing and praise our Lord and Savoir, be outgoing, SMILE, be friendly to all groups, just have a GREAT time with other AB GIRLS and the Lord. This is the basis for being awarded the this banner that is judged by the AB GIRLS cabinet. Host Church: This is awarded at the close of the Saturday night banquet for the Host Church for the following year. Best All-Around AB GIRLS Group: This is the category that every AB GIRLS group strives to attain. This will be awarded by the AB GIRLS Cabinet for a group that achieves the following criteria:
