Nominating Committee:
- Consists of five members, representing at least four associations, including its chairwoman.
- Presents a slate of nominees for all elected offices.
- Prepares a ballot to be used in the election at the annual meeting.
- Recommends nominees to the Executive Committee to fill vacancies which occur between meetings of the Organization.

Student Loan Committee:
- Chaired by the Coordinator of Student Loan.
- Consists of two other members: one association president and one member-at-large.
- Also includes ex-officio officers: President, Treasurer, and the Coordinator of Church and Community Ministries.
- Publicizes and promotes support of the Student Loan Fund.
- Receives all applications for student loans.
- Investigates all applicant requests and grants loans to approved applicants, if funds are sufficient.
- Actively obtains repayment of student loans.

Ethel Wheeler Enrichment (E.W.E.) Committee:
- Chaired by the Coordinator of E.W.E.
- It shall consist of at least five, but no more than seven full-time serving members, exclusive of ex-officio and associate members. It shall consist of the Chair, two Association Presidents and two to four At-Large Members who do not all serve on the Board of Managers.
- Executive Committee Members who serve as ex-officio members are the President, the Coordinator of Personal Development, the ABCOPAD Liaison and the Past Chair of the E.W.E. Committee (for one year).
- The purpose of the Ethel Wheeler Enrichment (E.W.E.) is to provide spiritual and personal growth for the women of our region. Its theme scripture is Colossians 2:6,7 (Living Bible):
